I started my fitness journey back in 2014. Like many others, I began with little knowledge about exercises or how to structure my workouts effectively. For years, I found myself trying random exercises I saw others doing or found online. But this approach left me stuck in a cycle of either not doing enough or pushing myself too hard, which led to minimal progress.

Over time, I realized that without a clear plan or understanding of the exercises, I wouldn't achieve the results I wanted. This realization inspired me to take my training more seriously. I dove deep into learning about workouts and diet. Eventually, I pursued courses to become a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer.

Since 2022, I've been actively involved in the fitness industry, where my goal is to motivate, inspire, and coach individuals. I understand that everyone is different, so I tailor my approach and plans according to each person's unique needs, motivations, and commitments to their fitness journey.

But it's not just about physical health for me; I also prioritize mental well-being. I offer mentorship and support to ensure that time spent in the gym is enjoyable and something to look forward to, rather than feeling like a chore.
